The ideal candidate has experience in sales, and lives a healthy, active, fitness based lifestyle. Energy, and a professional presence are critical success factors. A proficient phone voice, outgoing personality, and a disciplined proactive pattern of behaviour will enhance success. Previous experience with contracts is an asset. Successful membership representatives will also be given the opportunity to move up into management.
Responsibilities Include:
- Internal and external lead generation
- Touring, presenting, selling new members
- Ensuring members are provided with good service
- Generating referrals
