NEW NASH CLASSES FOR 2011 Group Personal Training Bodybar Bootcamp A total body workout targeting on strength, endurance & flexibility with high intensity movements. Bootcamp Using a wide range of functional fitness, techniques and tools, our Personal Trainer will push you hard. If you're looking to see results, improve your strength, agility, and overall fitness this is the choice for you. The class is moderate to high intensity, and you can expect new challenges as you get faster and stronger. The class is held indoors over the winter months. Boxerfit An athletic boxing workout incorporating martial art punches & kicks to help improve cardio, strength, speed, aerobic & anaerobic power, agility, flexibility & hand eye coordination. Chisel Up/Down An intensive 45 min class where you get pushed to the limit as your trainer takes you through your workout using advanced training techniques. Circuit Challenge A resistance, core and cardio interval style cardio class designed to challenge you in all fitness areas. Core Bootcamp Core Training with a variety of equipment. Enhanced Core Essentials A more enhanced version of our Group Fitness Class, Core Essentials, Dr Cleland teaches a more specialized tailored class to get you individual results. Extreme Fitt (Challenge) *Fitness Level = Advanced A blend of gymnastics, weightlifting, agility, power and cardio training in a circuit style format. Expect results! Fighter-Fit This class incorporates the use of heavy bags, focus pads, core, strength and speed training. Kettle Bell (*Intro Class is mandatory) Hard-style Kettle bell training promises supreme strength and conditioning. A full-body workout for any fitness-level. Learn to train hard, train smart, and get the results you deserve! Kettle Bell - BOSU A combination work out including Kettle Bells and Bosu Balls. Kettle Bell Kamp A non-stop power packed hour of Kettle Bell Training designed to build insane functional strength, incinerate body fat and boost cardio capacity. Incorporating bodyweight exercises and timed high intensity intervals this workout will push you to new heights of physical fitness! KUNG FU A Classical series class that is designed to build strength, balance, and the ability to rapidly advance towards an opponent. Maximum Muay Thai Our Kickboxing and Muay Thai trained title holder will get you kicking, punching and sweating your way to amazing technique and results through this class. Pilates Reformer Group Sessions For those with some Pilate's reformer experience, this class gives you an opportunity to practice and perfect your exercises. The instructor will lead the class through a routine while correcting form and giving feedback. Power Hour A one hour hard core weight lifting class using barbells and weight plates. A certified personal trainer will guide you through this weight lifting class, ensuring perfect form for rock hard results!
