NEW NASH CLASSES FOR 2011 Indoor Cycling Cycle Basic This introductory class is designed to teach you the basics about indoor cycling. Here we focus on proper technique and posture on the bike. Cycle Beats Come lose yourself in the beat in this challenging, music-driven cycling class. All tracks are designed to help you burn calories, SWEAT, and most important, have fun while cycling to the beat of a variety of musical styles. This is an advanced level class. Some cycling experience is recommended. Cycle Core 60 min. spin followed by 30 min. of intense abdominal work. Come for one or both. This 90 minutes class will burn calories while sculpting your abs! All levels welcome. Cycle Zone An intense 1 Hour cycling workout. Your instructor will provide the motivation while taking you through rides of hills, valleys and fun cycling drills. Drills and Hills A drill based ride focusing on intensity and power out put. Perfect for the rider looking to improve on their speed and cardio endurance. Also an extremely efficient workout designed to maximize caloric expenditure in a relatively short period of time - great for participants working with a busy schedule. Easy ICE A gentle introduction to the Indoor Cycling Experience, or for those who want to shorten their cardio to integrate strength and stretch. Elite Ride A 75-minute ride designed to improve your 'outside riding' ability. Longer duration drills - with a focus on hills and interval work - will build your cardio endurance, leg strength and overall fitness to the beat of the music. Designed for intermediate to advanced riders although all levels are encouraged to give it a try! Endurance Training A 75-minute ride designed to improve your cardio endurance, leg strength and overall fitness. Longer duration drills and lots of hill work with a focus on heart rate, cycling cadence and cycling technique. Designed for intermediate to advanced riders although all levels are encouraged to give it a try! A heart rate monitor is strongly encouraged and will allow you to get the most out of this class. I.C.E. (Indoor Cycling Experience) Put the pedal to the metal! Jump on one of our fat burning bikes and ride your way to a trim & toned physique. It's an easy to follow class that self paced, so its great for beginners to advanced athletes. Guaranteed to enhance body fat loss, build cardio and improve performance. (I.C.E. This class is short but challenging! The Long Ride A 75 minute class designed to challenge your endurance. Hill climbs, straight rides and power drills are the focus in this class. All level welcome. Be prepared to work hard! The Ride A fantastic heart-pumping workout taught on a stationary bike. You will climb, sprint and train to incredible music & extraordinary instruction. Vicious Cycle For those individuals looking for a killer cardio and strength workout, cycling is for you! Participants will cycle on a stationary bike to music while the instructor takes each person through all types of training including intervals, jumps, runs, sprints and climbs.
