Guided joint mobility work leads into pain-free stretching. Ideal for reducing risk of injury, and reducing stress. Core Yoga If you've been sitting at a desk all morning, this class is for you. A strengthening and invigorating dynamic, yoga class with a focus on activating the deep core muscles. You will leave feeling energized, focused and calm. All levels, no yoga experience necessary. Dynamic Flow Yoga Incorporating traditional poses & promoting strength, balance, flexibility, core development, deep relaxation and quieting the mind. Some yoga experience required. Express Power Yoga If you've been sitting at a desk all morning, this class is for you. A strengthening and invigorating dynamic, yoga class with a focus on activating the deep core muscles. You will leave feeling energized, focused and calm. All levels, no yoga experience necessary. Flow Yoga This class unites movement with the breath. There is a Strong focus on breath awareness, core strength and flowing, creative movement. Through this flow the body naturally builds heat to help move into postures and create a sense of lightness. All levels are welcome as there are many variations given. Foundations of Yoga Starting from the beginning is always a good idea, learn the proper alignment and posture for the 12 foundation poses of Yoga. Friday Fresh Flow A physically challenging class to work out the kinks developed during the week. This is a light hearted flow style class that will build some heat and strength. All levels are welcome as lots of modifications are given but feel free to safely test your limits in a fun and open environment. Leave with a calm and refreshed feeling for the weekend! A lovely way to end the work week! Fusion The best of both Pilates and yoga, totally integrated and peppered with Gi Gong breath and yang Tai Chi moves to challenge all levels, sculpting the body while connecting the mind, body and spirit in a focused and fun workout. Hatha Yoga Experience a meditative, calm, yet strong practice. Perfect for beginners or advanced students who seek mind-body awareness and flexibility. ICE Crunch 40min of indoor cycling followed by 20min of a core chiseling ab crunch challenge. ICE Melt 40min of indoor cycling followed by 20min of muscle melting stretch. Integrated Stetch and Flow This impact free, flowing class will teach you how to increase your flexibility and how to use stretching to increase your overall fitness level. Iron Yoga This body-shaping class combines the benefits of Yoga and Weight training in one workout. Light-moderate dumbbells with traditional Yoga adds more power to your Yoga practice. Pilates An educational exercise approach using the proper body mechanics, movements, trunk and pelvic stabilization, coordinated breathing, and muscle contractions to promote strengthening. Attention is paid to the entire musculoskeletal system. Pilates Mat Class (Mixed level and intermediate) Mat Pilates will introduce the basic Pilates core progressions and challenge you with more advanced mat work allowing you to gain subtle core strength and length. Pilates, the Next Level This is a faster paced Pilates mat class introducing poses beyond the beginner level. MUST HAVE Pilates experience of at least 10 hours in the beginner or mixed level classes. PIYO Pilates and Yoga Fusion, a great workout featuring the best of both exercises. Power Pilates Blends pilates, strength training and yoga movements in order to strengthen your core, stretch your body and develop better posture. Come ready to work hard, develop better body awareness and learn something new about how you move. All levels are welcome, but if you have any injuries let the instructor know before class so they can give you proper modifications. Power Yoga Enjoy a dynamic, energetic and inspiring yoga practice, allowing you to build endurance, strength, flexibility and concentration. Great for athletes, this style of yoga will be an excellent complement to your sports. Strength and Tone Combine Pilates strength exercises with flexibility. This session is geared to target common muscle groups that often get tight causing pain or imbalance. Sunrise Flow Challenge yourself with this gentle yet strong flow style yoga class that will invigorate your body and mind and wake you up. Suitable for all levels. No previous yoga experience necessary. Yoga for Sports For both the casual and serious athlete looking to build strength and flexibility to improve performance and reduce the risk of sports related injuries using yoga poses to open and stretch the upper body, hips, quads and hamstrings. This practice will leave you balanced and invigorated to start your day. All levels. Yoga for the Core A flowed based yoga class that incorporates postures and movements to strengthen the core. All levels welcome. Yoga for the Heart The Heart is the most powerful conductor of bio electricity in the body. Research has shown that the bio electrical current of the heart is 40-60 times stronger than that of the brain. Yoga for the Heart is an all levels class incorporating pranyama breathing techniques with a mindful vinyasa flow, to allow the student to deepen an awareness to this powerful energetic system. Yoga Ride Nothing beats a sport-style yoga flex'ation after a hard 60 minute spin class. The Yoga Ride is designed for anyone, come sweat out the ride portion and head upstairs after for a 45 minute ashtanga style yoga that will leave your muscles and mind relaxed and recovered for the following day.
