The Steve Nash Sports Club personal training team was established to provide professional services designed to encompass and address a broader range of health, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle modification issues. We are committed to providing a functional and well-balanced approach to fitness by building a foundation for life long health and wellness. Our innovative team of personal trainers works with people of all fitness levels and experience. Each of our programs is designed around our client's goals and schedule. We also help educate and motivate our clients to reach their fitness goals in the safest and most effective way. Whether you are looking to lose weight, become stronger, relieve stress or improve your athletic skills; our personal trainers will bring you rewarding results! What matters is that you are ready to make changes and you are ready to start today!

Personal training can be done on a one-on-one basis, partnered or in a small group training session, depending on preference of the client. Working with our qualified, certified, and experienced personal trainers can help you achieve levels of weight loss and fitness success never thought possible! We will bring everything you need to get a safe, and effective workout based on your abilities. You will be instructed on proper form and technique, the proper rate of progression, and how utilizing a variety of exercises and training elements can enhance your results.

   Active and Post Injury Rehabilitation Training

Active rehabilitation and post injury training is the period of the time during and following physiotherapy and rehabilitation and the time prior to returning to full mainstream activity. During this period, continued exercise and training is still necessary and beneficial. Our rehabilitation trainers offer specialized exercise assessment, programming and conditioning for individuals who have experienced a set back due to injury, surgery, illness, or other chronic condition. Education on injury prevention and current injury management is also provided. Ideal candidates for active rehabilitation should be undergoing, or have been released from physiotherapy and have medical clearance from a health professional.    Weight Management and Lifestyle Modification Program

Our weight management and lifestyle modification programs are designed for individuals facing special challenges in trying to be active and wanting to lose weight.
